To ensure every client receives the best service, please review our cancellation policy below: 📌Cancellations & Rescheduling •We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. •Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee charged to card on file. ⏰Late Arrivals •If you arrive more then 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. •If we are able to accommodate you, your service may be shortened to stay on schedule. 🚫No Show Policy •Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without notice will lose session of scheduled service. ⭐️Courtesy & Fairness Our time is reserved especially for you.
